The staff truly stood out with their exceptional service, like Marwan at the front desk who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds made us feel right at home, especially as we were traveling with our little ones. The hotel's amenities, including the gym with state-of-the-art equipment and the inviting Lobby Lounge, added an extra layer of luxury to our stay.We particularly appreciated the attention to detail from the staff, exemplified by Ali at reception.
